Great location that's close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough away that there was ample free public parking (in February). Our kids loved the pull-out couch and door between the rooms was great to help the kids go to bed early. They even said they like this unit more than the 4-star hotel we stayed at the few days prior. The unit is stocked with kitchen essentials, including spices! The fridge was a perfect place to keep our roadtrip snacks, leftovers, and to freeze our ice packs each night. From the third floor, you have a view of the ocean and surrounding hills.

Our stay was last minute and so worth it! Easy access to everything. Walked to get breakfast every morning and no parking fee there’s free parking across the street! It is on a Main Street so you can hear cars and people early morning! Overall, was a great experience and definitely can’t wait to come back!

We got this place last minute and it was perfect. It had everything we needed, and we were able to walk a few minutes to anywhere in Pismo including the beach. I would stay again for sure!
